Feel the warm sun? Time to hit the beach! Experience the magic of beach yoga with healing Thai Massage on our beautiful Vancouver shores.
We will start with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and sink into your awareness. Then Lin will guide you through a gentle hatha yoga sequence tailored for your body and suited for ALL levels. You will also receive a mini Thai Massage to help you further tune into your body, mind and spirit and connect with the nature around you.
At the end, we will gather around in a circle to share fresh fruit, and perhaps each other's stories. Attendance will be limited to 10 people.
